Paying by check

We prefer to be paid by check. It’s cheaper for you and both easier and cheaper for us. Make checks payable to Polytrope LLC or William Porter and mail to PO Box 181948, Dallas, TX 75218.

Paying by credit card

If you would like to pay by credit card, please add 2.0% to the total due stated on the invoice we sent you; for example, if the total due on the invoice = $1000, you would pay $1020. Then follow these steps:

1. Click this link: https://www.paypal.com/xclick/business=business@polytrope.com
2. On the left side of the page, enter a description (“services” or “CMAssistant” or an invoice date).
3. In the Item Price field, enter the amount to be paid (= the original amount you were invoiced + 2.0%).
4. Click “Update” link to update the amount to be paid.
5. On the right side of the screen, if you have a PayPal.com account, you should log in. Otherwise, click the “Don’t have a PayPal Account?” link to pay as a guest.
6. Enter the required info, including your credit card info, and submit your payment.
